World’s Best Blended Burgers

Ingredients
- (2 cups) 0atmeal, blended if desired
- (1 heaping tsp) Onion powder
- (1 heaping tsp) Garlic powder
- (1 1/2 tsp) Black pepper
- (1 1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1 1/2 cups) Sauce
- (6) Eggs, beaten
- (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms
- (1 lb.) Bacon, ends work well
- (10 Pounds) Ground Beef
Directions
Thaw burger.
Meanwhile, make the sauce as follows:
3 cups ketchup
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 cup brown sugar, optional*
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika**
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix together and measure out 1 1/2 cups of sauce to mix in with the burgers. The rest can be used to baste burgers while grilling and/or load on your burger along with all the fixings.
*The original recipe adds this. I leave it out. **original recipe says 3/4 tsp liquid smoke. I choose to use smoked paprika instead.
Grind or blend bacon and mushrooms. Mix together all the burger ingredients and press into about 1/3 cup patties and freeze. I defrost just enough to get the patties apart before grilling.
