Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- (1 tsp) Black pepper
- (2 Tbsp) Honey
- (6) Complete Chicken Legs
- (1 cup) Fresh ground flour
- (2 Tbsp & 2 tsp) Salt, divided
- (1/2 tsp) Smoked Paprika
- (1/2 tsp) Seasoned salt
Directions
Cut apart the legs & thighs, making 12 pieces. Combine 2 Tbsp salt, pepper & honey with the chicken and marinate at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a shallow bowl. Coat pieces of chicken in the flour mixture and arrange on a baking sheet with sides.
Bake 1 hour.
Turn chicken pieces over and increase oven temperature to 425 degrees and bake another 15 minutes.
