Whole Pig Pre Order Deposit

This is a deposit for a whole pig only. We raise them to approximately 300lb live weight and send off to be processed at a local butcher shop. You pay us for the hanging weight of the pig and You pay the processor for the products you want from the animal. 

Our Fee is $2.75 a pound hanging weight. Final amount will vary due to fluctuating weight of the animal. The usual hanging weight is 100lb less then live weight. 
Processing fees vary depending on what type of product you’re wanting. Example Lots of sausage or lots of hams and bacon.
