Beef Liver

Highly nutritious organ meat from our Grass fed and Finished beef that we rotationally graze on diverse pasture during spring through fall. 
We overwinter on stockpiled forage that has been left set for a period of time at the later part of the growing season and once that had been grazed down we then feed hay that we unroll on the pasture to keep the manure and urine out in the field where it belongs and it fertilizes the field for the upcoming growing season.
